Welcome to Turnstone Home Inspection Services! We provide professional home inspections and services, including radon testing (certified and licensed, as required in Colorado), lead paint testing, and mold testing in the Denver Metro, foothills and the surrounding area.
Home inspectors at Turnstone Home Inspection Services are trained, certified, knowledgeable and insured, and provide thorough home inspections with detailed photographs and explanations in an easy to read home inspection report. Our home inspection reports are delivered electronically the same day. We are happy to answer any questions you might have on your home inspection report via phone, email, or you can meet with your home inspector onsite if you prefer.
Our radon tests are completed using regularly calibrated monitors that measure radon gas levels hourly, and the reports show the amount of radon gas as it varies throughout the 48 hour radon gas test period. Test results are available the day the monitor is retrieved.
Playing with high tech tools is a side benefit to being a home inspector. We utilize as much high tech equipment as is needed to ensure your new home's safety. Along with the radon monitors, we have moisture meters, carbon monoxide sensors, combustible gas detectors, thermal imaging cameras to help find moisture intrusion and inadequate insulation, and a pole mounted elevated digital camera for getting pictures of places that would be difficult or dangerous to reach otherwise, such as icy roofs.
